Just up starts the HA stack (1a52ca20)
just up,down, logsandpsnow run deploy/compose/compose.ha.yaml: two Studio replicas behind HAProxy on one Postgres, with the same .env as before. The one-time admin password is read from the logs of both replicas. Postgres is not published to the host. The UI stays on http://localhost:8080.

Fixed
Give a message sent over the management API a message id (fbb53fe0)
A message Studio sent through a broker's management API (Jolokia) carried no message id, while one sent over the Core connection did. With more than one replica, a send lands on either, so a consumer saw some messages without an id and could not tell a redelivery or a replay from a new message. Every sent message now gets one.
